Early Intervention Services (EI) are available to families with children birth to age three who have been diagnosed with hearing loss.

 EI services provide families with support, family training, and family counseling by qualified Early Intervention Specialists with training and expertise in hearing loss in their struggle to understand their child’s hearing loss and to connect them with resources.

 DCRC EI services are available in Montgomery, Greene, Preble, Darke, Clark, Champaign, Miami, Shelby, Mercer, and Logan Counties at no charge to the family.

 EI services are provided in conjunction with Help me Grow and the Department of Developmental Disabilities under an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).

Playgroup for Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing families 

If you have a child who is deaf, hard of hearing, or has

been diagnosed with a hearing loss of any degree,

we have Playgroup with toys and books located at

732 S. Ludlow St. Dayton, OH 45402 in DCRC space.


We meet on 2nd and 4th Fridays every month

from 10am to 11:30am.
