Deaf Community Resource Center (DCRC) is a non-profit agency dedicated to providing services to the Deaf, DeafBlind, hard of hearing, and their hearing families through support, direct service, advocacy, and social interaction. Our goal is to strengthen the Deaf family which strengthens the community. A Deaf family is a family who has at least one person whose mode of communication and language needs must be considered to make communication happen for all.
